摘要
打通断头路、推广街区制是治理拥堵点中一种行之有效的手段。断头路辟通需要做好道路交通功能与既有地块服务功能的平衡,实现社会总体效益的最大化。以呼和浩特市东影南路辟通工程为例,统筹考虑其现状条件、内蒙古农业大学校园管理诉求以及交通需求,对工程总体设计方案进行了针对性研究和系统比选,为类似项目提供设计思路和借鉴经验。
Cutting through the dead end highway and promoting the block system are an effective method to treat to treat the congestion points.Cutting through the dead end highway is required to balance the traffic function of road and the service function of the existing land in order to maximize the overall benefit of the society.Taking the Hohhot South Dongying Road Cutting-through Project as an example,this paper considers its current conditions,and the campus management demands and traffic demand of Inner Mongolia Agriculture University as a whole,and carries out the targeted study and systematical comparison of the overall design scheme of the project,which provide the design thought and referencing experience for the' similar projects.
