摘要
首先,分析了城市骨干道路的特点及其跨江段人非通道设置中普遍存在的人与非机动车同行不便、纵坡无法接顺等问题,进而结合以往工程实践,提出了不同桥接坡和人非交通流量情况下人非通道推荐处理方案。结合宁波中兴大桥、金山北环路跨平申线桥、龙华港桥等案例,对各类处理方案进一步阐述,并对现行城市道路设计规范中非机动车纵坡相关设计指标上限提出合理建议。
The paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the urban trunk roads and the common problems of the inconvenience for pedestrian to travel with non-motorized vehicle,and the longitudinal slope not jointed in the setup of pedestrian-non-motorized vehicle passage in the cross-river section.Then,in combination with the previous engineering practices,this paper proposes a recommended scheme of pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle under the different conditions of bridge-slope connection,and pedestrian-non-motorized vehicle traffic flow.Combined with the practical cases of Ningbo Zhongxing Bridge,Jinshan North Ring Road Bridge crossing Pinghu-Shanghai Lane and Longhua Port Bridge,this paper further sets forth various treatment schemes,and puts .forward the reasonable proposals for the upper limits of relevant design indexes for non-motorized traffic longitudinal slopes in the current urban road design code.
