摘要
超黏磨耗层技术是在路基表面形成新的磨耗层,主要应用于路面的养护。通过对超黏磨耗层混合料的配合比设计,得出玻璃纤维的适宜掺量和最佳油石比。以江西省某段高速公路为研究对象,分析超黏磨耗技术对路用性能状况的影响和施工前后对病害的处治效果。实验结果表明,超黏磨耗层技术对于裂缝、抗滑不足、坑洼等路面病害的处治效果明显,为我国高速公路养护提供一种新的养护方式。
The super sticky abrasive technology is an abrasive layer newly formed on the roadbed surface,and is mainly used for the maintenance of pavement.According to the design of mix proportion of super sticky abrasive layer mixture,the proper dosage of glass fiber and the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio are given. Taking an expressway in Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of super sticky abrasive layer technology on the pavement performance and the treatment effect of diseases before and after constructions.The experimental result shows that the super sticky abrasive layer technology has the obvious treatment effect of pavement diseases,such as crack,insufficient slip resistance and cavity,which provides a new maintenance method for the maintenance of expressways in China.
