Discussion on Investment Control of Highway Construction Project from Angles of Design and Supervision

BOT+EPC模式为我国高速公路建设管理模式的改革提供了新的变革动力。以莞番高速公路项目某设计标段为例,从设计监理的角度出发,论述分析了建设项目的投资控制,对类似工程的施工建设具有参考借鉴意义。

The BOT+EPC mode provides the new impetus of change for the reform of the expressway construction management mode in China. Taking a design tender of Dongguan-Panyu Expressway Project as an example, this paper discusses and analyzes the investment control of construction project from the angles of design and supervision, which can be referred for the construction of the similar projects.
