未来学习与能力框架下的课程发展——以“思想品德”课程标准编制为例 被引量:5

摘要 在经济合作与发展组织未来学习与能力框架下,以现行《义务教育思想品德(2011年版)课程标准》为例,创新文本量化分析方法,解析"道德与法治"课程发展中面临的挑战与策略。根据文本分析,在能力培养上,"思想品德"课程标准与该能力框架匹配度高达96. 6%,且独具中国特色,注重价值认同和法治意识。据此,针对当前"道德与法治"课程面临的能力标准的共性与差异、跨学科课程的融合、课程评价的思维转换等问题,建议在课程标准编制与修订上形成以"能力"为导向的课程生态开发理念,把握能力发展的周期规律,形成课程开发的闭环,同时形成以证据为基础的课程标准制定策略。 Based on a case study of the compilation of Moral Education Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education (2011 Edition)under OECD's framework of future learning and competency, this article analyses the challenges and strategies in the curriculum development of Chinese course Morality and Law with innovative quantification approaches.According to the text analysis,the curriculum standard of Moral Education is 96.6%consistent with this framework of competency development,while it has its Chinese features,with special attention to value identification and consciousness of the rule of law.Hereby,in view of the commonalities and differences of the competency standards,the integration of interdisciplinary courses and the thinking transformation of curriculum evaluation faced by the current Morality and Law course,this article suggest a "competency-oriented"ecological curriculum development concept,a closed loop in curriculum based on the competency development cycle,and an evidence-based curriculum standards formulation strategy.
