民生档案远程服务“馆社联动”模式探析

Analysis of the “Archives-Community Linkage” Mode of Remote Service for People's Livelihood Archives

本文基于分析民生档案远程服务"馆社联动"模式的产生背景、联动途径、主要特征及经验成效等,提出"馆"与"社"的联动是在档案馆的组织、管理和制约下,主要从管理、平台和服务等途径展开联动的观点;认为深入开发线上线下服务形式、融入社区集成化服务和实现社区中心就近受理的"馆社联动"将便民理念体现在实处,是对"馆际联动"模式的进一步拓展和深化。

Based on the analysis of the background,the way,the main characteristics and the experience of the"archives-community linkage"mode of remote service for the people’s livelihood archives,this paper puts forward that the linkage between"archives"and"community"is based on the organization,management and restriction of the archives,mainly through the management,platform and service channels.On-line and off-line service forms,integration of community integrated services and the realization of"archives-community linkage"near the community center will be embodied in the implementation of the concept of convenience is a further expansion and deepening of the"inter-archives linkage"model.
