Fibrillation and dyeing performances of Thincell fabric

摘要 希赛尔纤维严重的原纤化现象限制了其应用范围,试验尝试合理控制希赛尔纤维的原纤化。希赛尔织物染色以活性染料为主,研究发现:单活性基的活性艳蓝KN-R和双活性基的雷马素艳红3BS无法有效控制希赛尔织物的原纤化,双活性基的雷马素黑B能赋予织物良好的抗原纤化能力。当雷马素黑B 6%,Na_2SO_490 g/L、Na_2CO_310 g/L,固色时间90 min时,上染率为81.1%,固色率为74.4%。染色后织物的湿磨损数为1 275次,是未染色希赛尔织物湿磨损数(383次)的3倍多,甚至高于未染色天丝A 100织物的湿磨损数(1 215次),说明该工艺可以较好地控制希赛尔织物的原纤化。 The Thincell fiber,a new type of domestic cellulose fiber,whose performance is s^milar to that of Lyocell fiber,is restricted to application range due to its severe fibrillation phenomenon.Dyeing of the Thincell fabric is mainly based on reactwe dyes,but the effect of different reactive dyes on fibrillation and dyeing properties of the Thincell fabric is different.The study shows that Reactive Blue KN-R of stngie reactive group and Remazol BriIl.Red 3BS of bi-functional reactive groups can't effectively control fibrillation of the Thtncell fabric,Remazol Black B of bt-functional reactive groups can effectively control the fibrillatton of Thtncell fabric.The exhaustion and the fixation yield of Remazol Black B on the Thtncell fabric are 81.1%and 74.4%respectively (the dyeing process ts carried out with 6%dyes,Na2SO4 90g/L, Na2CO3 10g/L and fixing for 90 min).Under above conditions,the wet abrasion number of the dyed fabric is 1275 cycles,which is more than three ttmes that of the undyed Thincell fabnc {383cycles),even higher than that of the undyed Tencel A 100 fabnc (1215cycles).It indtcates that the process can be used to control fibrillation of the Thincell fabnc.
