摘要
以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为原料,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,合成了不同分子质量的封端型水性聚氨酯。将合成的聚氨酯与封端HDI用于棉织物的抗皱整理。检测结果表明,分子质量约为4 500 g/mol的聚氨酯可赋予棉织物较好的折皱回复性能,整理棉织物的折皱回复角提高至190°;经封端HDI整理后,织物的折皱回复角提高至191°。对棉织物采用二步法进行复合整理,即先用封端HDI进行整理,使其与棉纤维内部的羟基交联,再用聚氨酯进行整理,两者的协同作用使得整理后织物的折皱回复角提高到207°,撕破强力保留率达到76.0%。优化的棉织物二步法复合抗皱整理工艺为:封端HDI 55 g/L,整理温度140℃,时间4 min;聚氨酯35 g/L,整理温度130℃,时间5 min。
End-capped waterborne polyurethanes with different molecular mass are synthesized wtth hexamethylene diisocyanate (HD])and dihydroxymethyl butyric acid (DMBA)as raw materials and sodium bisulfite as end-capping agent.The prepared polyurethane and end-capped HD[are used in creaseresistant finishing of cotton fabrics.The results show that polyurethane with molecular mass of about 4500g/mol can give cotton fabric good wrinkle recovery performance,and the wrinkle recovery angle of finished cotton fabric reaches 190°.After HDI finishing,the crease recovery angle of the fabric reaches 191°.Cotton fabrics are treated by two-step process,that is,end-capped HDI is used to cross-link the hydroxyl groups in the cotton fibers,and polyurethane is used to the finish of cotton fabrics.The synergistic effect of the two methods increases the wrinkle recovery angle to 207°,and the tear strength retention rate reaches 76.0%.The optimum two-step anti-crease finishing process for cotton fabrics is HDI 55g/L,finishing temperature 140℃,finishtng time 4 min,polyurethane 35g/L,finishing temperature 130℃,finishing time 5min.
