摘要
在生物酶脱胶工艺中,采用超声波预处理来提高脱胶效率,试验优化了预处理的温度、时间和频率。结果表明,超声波预处理相较于浸水、浸酸处理更有助于罗布麻原麻胶质的去除。当超声波预处理温度为50℃、时间30 min、超声频率40 kHz时,结合生物酶脱胶后罗布麻的脱胶率可达17%,再配以碱氧煮,脱胶率可达34%,精干麻白度可达62%。
The temperature,time and frequency of ultrasonic pretreatment in bio-degummng process are optimized.The results show that the ultrasonic pretreatment is more suitable for colloid removal as compared to water dipping and acid dipping pretreatment.By combining with blo-degumming,the degumming rate can reach 17%when the ultrasonic pretreatment at 50℃ for 30mln with the frequency of 40kHz.And after alkali oxygen scouring,the degummlng rate can reach 34%,and the whiteness of refined dry apocynumcan can reach 62%.
