羧酸钠盐对活性染料染色和固色效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为解决活性染料染色中无机盐使用带来的负面影响,研究了羧酸钠盐代替无机盐来达到促染效果的可行性。通过研究一系列羧酸钠盐对活性染料染色效果的影响,发现常见羧酸钠盐(醋酸钠、酒石酸钠及柠檬酸三钠)对活性染料具有促染作用,且促染效果与传统促染盐氯化钠相当。羧酸钠盐所带钠离子数量越多,促染效果越佳。其中,同浓度下,醋酸钠对活性染料上染速率的影响趋势与氯化钠相似,且其使用浓度越高,促染效果越好。固色试验结果进一步表明羧酸钠盐作为活性染料的促染盐是可行的。 In order to solve the problem caused by inorganic salts during reactive dyeing,carboxyIate sodium salts are applied to dyeing instead of inorganic sarts.By comparing the effect of carboxylate sodium salts and sodium chloride on the acceleration and fixation of reactive dyes on cellulose fabric,it is found that the promotion result with carboxylate sodium salts (sodium acetate,sodium tartrate,and so- dium citrate)for reactive dyeing are the same as that with sodium chloride.The more sodium ions in the carboxylate salt,the better the promotion effects.The accelerating trend of sodium acetate on reactive dyeing process is similar with the one of sodium chloride.Increasing the concentration of sodium ace- tate can benefit the dyeing promotion effect.The fixation results suggest that it is possible that carboxylate sodium can be used as accelerating agent during the reactive dyeing process.
