《雅俗通十五音》与今漳州音比较——为纪念《雅》初版200年而作

Comparison of Ya Su Tong Fifteen Initial Consonants and Current Zhangzhou Dialect——in Commemoration of 200 Anniversary of the First Edition of Ya

《雅俗通十五音》是反映两百年前漳州方言的一本韵书,两百年后的今天,漳州方言的面貌如何呢?本文着重从今漳州方言的语音方面与《雅》进行比较,从而说明语音变化虽比词汇来得缓慢,但也会随着人们长期交流使用中而起微小变化。我们在传承古韵书的同时也要适应时代发展潮流,既要尊重韵书的成果,又要提高韵书的水平,承认语音的变化,为下一辈学习和传承铺平道路。

Ya Su Tong Fifteen Initial Consonants is a local rhyme dictionary of Zhangzhou dialect 200 years ago. Today, 200 years later, what is the appearance of Zhangzhou dialect? By comparing today’s Zhangzhou dialect with Ya in terms of pronunciation, this paper demonstrates that although changes in pronunciation are slower than that in vocabulary,pronunciation still experiences slight changes during long-term communication among people. While inheriting the traditional rhyme dictionary, we should keep up with the times. We should not only respect the achievements of the rhyme dictionary but also improve it and acknowledge the changes in pronunciation so as to pave the way for learning and inheritance for the next generation.
