摘要
目的:了解黔东南州外环境中禽流感病毒流行特点和趋势,为今后制定人感染禽流感病毒防控措施提供科学的参考依据。方法:采集黔东南州凯里市和麻江县活禽市场外环境禽流感标本85份,用实时荧光定量PCR进行甲型流感病毒核酸检测,甲型流感病毒核酸阳性标本进一步做H5、H7、H9亚型分型。结果:85份外环境禽流感标本中,Flu A阳性57份,阳性率为67. 1%,H5、H9亚型及混合型(H5+H9)阳性率分别为17. 6%、31. 8%、17. 6%,未检出H7亚型;不同类型标本中以地面污水检出阳性率最高为92. 9%。结论:黔东南州活禽市场外环境存在禽流感病毒污染,存在人感染高致病性禽流感的风险。
Objective: Understand the characteristics and trends of avian influenza virus in external environment in Qiandongnan prefecture to provide scientific reference for future prevention and control of influenza virus. Methods: 85 samples were collected from the external environment in kaili city and ma jiang county and use real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR to test he influenza virus nucleic acid,in which the positive specimens were conducted for further detection of sub-types,such H5,H7 and H9. Results: In the 85 samples of avian influenza environmental samples,there were 57 positive cases of FluA. The positive rate was 67. 1%. The positive rates of H5,H9 subtype and mixed type( H5 + H9) were 17. 6%,31. 8%,17. 6%. H7 subtype was not detected. Different types of specimens in the ground wastewater to detect the highest positive rate of 92. 9%. Conclusion: There is avian influenza virus pollution in external environment in Qiandongnan prefecture,and there is a risk of human infection with HPAI.
