情、欲以及由此引发的身体敏感和身份暧昧,影响着清代丧偶女性的人生选择和寡居生活。因情寡居者在动因、名分、对象指向上略有差异。面对内在情欲困扰,克制、私通和改嫁三种行为并存,而应对外界觊觎的举措也因情势不同收效各异。身份特殊性使一些女性饱受流言造成的身心创痛,寡居的伦理规范通过日常化得以加强。此外,具有生活智慧的一些寡居者以主动避嫌而换取了良好的社会公论。

The life choice of the women bereaved of husband were influence by affection,desire and their extension--body sensitivity and identity ambiguity;There are slight differences on the motivation,object and social status of the widow.Being haunted by the internal desires,adultery,remarriage and restraining the desires coexist in the widows;the methods to cope with the external aggressive designs and behaviors would yield different effects.Out of the particularity of social status and rumors,the widows suffered the pain on the body and mind.Widowhood norms were strengthened through daily requirements,meanwhile,those who had wisdom and intelligence could receive favorable comments by avoiding suspicion actively.
