深圳市大鹏新区居民土源性线虫和华支睾吸虫感染分布 被引量:5

Prevalence of soil transmitted nematodes infections and Clonorchiasis among residents in Dapeng District of Shenzhen

摘要 目的了解大鹏新区居民华支睾吸虫和土源性线虫感染现状,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据《广东省肝吸虫病和土源性线虫病监测方案》,采用分层整群抽样的方法,按地理方位选取5个自然村作为调查点。收集调查对象粪便,采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法检查寄生虫卵;3~<10岁儿童透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵;描述流行病学研究方法分析寄生虫感染人群分布特征。结果大鹏新区3个街道5个调查点共调查居民1 000人,肠道蠕虫总感染率为1.50%(15/1 000),其中蛲虫感染率为1.00%(10/1 000),华支睾吸虫感染率为0.50%(5/1 000);蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫等其他土源性寄生虫卵未检出。大鹏、葵涌、南澳3个街道居民的寄生虫感染率分别为1.75%、1.50%和1.00%,不同街道感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄组人群感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),0~<10岁年龄组感染率最高为3.95%,均为蛲虫感染;其次为40~<50年龄组,华支睾吸虫感染率为1.28%;男、女性别感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大鹏新区居民肠道寄生虫感染率较低,但儿童蛲虫感染及成人华支睾吸虫感染的防治工作需要重视和加强。 Objective To understand the prevalence of soil-transmitted nematodes and Clonorchis sinensis infectionsamong residents in Dapeng District of Shenzhen for providing a scientific basis for the development of control strategies.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was conducted according to the Guangdong Monitoring Program forClonorchiasis and Soil Transmitted Nematode Disease, and 5 villages were chosen as investigation spots. The feces samples ofresidents were collected for detecting parasite eggs by Kato's thick smear method, and anal swabs test conducted for detectingeggs of worm in children of age 3-10. The population distribution of parasitic infections were analyzed by descriptiveepidemiological methods. Results A total of 1 000 residents was examined in 5 survey sites of 3 streets of Dapeng District.The overall prevalence of intestinal parasites infection was 1.5%(15/1 000), of which Clonorchis sinensis infection 0.50%(5/1 000), pinworm infection 1.00%(10/1 000). The prevalence of intestinal parasitic infection in Dapeng, Kuichong, Nan'aostreets were 1.75%, 1.50% and 1.00% respectively. The significant difference was observed among age groups(P<0.05). Thehighest rate of parasite infection in the 0-10 age group was 3.95%, which was pinworm infection;followed by the 40-50 agegroup, the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis was 1.28%. The infection rate in the females was not significant different withthat of the males(P >0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of intestinal parasitic infection in Dapeng District was low.However, the prevention and control of the pinworm disease in children and Clonorchis sinensis infection in adults is valued and strengthened.
