海南省妇女生殖健康筛查结果分析

Screening results of women's reproductive health in Hainan

目的了解海南省各市县2017年20～64岁妇女常见妇科病筛查情况及常见生殖系统疾病分布,评价海南省妇女生殖健康状况。方法 2017年对海南省271 596名20～64岁妇女提供免费妇科检查、阴道分泌物和宫颈脱落细胞检查及乳腺检查等妇科常见疾病筛查,将各项检查结果按疾病和市县进行分析。结果海南省2017年查出妇女患妇科疾病64 263例,患病率为23.63%;患病率前5位的市县为保亭(46.39%)、海口(45.18%)、洋浦(41.25%)、五指山(35.21%)和文昌(32.87%),各市县间患病率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);疾病检出率以宫颈炎症(14 118例,5.19%)、子宫肌瘤(11 345例,4.17%)、细菌性阴道炎(10 453例,3.84%)、念珠菌阴道炎(10 273例,3.78%)、乳腺结节(6 503例,2.39%)为主,患病人数占所有妇女常见病患病人数的81.99%;各疾病间检出率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论通过定期提供免费妇女常见病筛查,可及时掌握妇女生殖健康状况。海南省20～64岁妇女常见妇科疾病依次为宫颈炎、子宫肌瘤、细菌性阴道炎、念珠菌阴道炎,与全国妇女常见病患病情况基本一致。

Objective To analyze and study the screening status and results of gynecological diseases of 20-64 years oldwomen in Hainan Province in 2017, and to understand women's reproductive health status and distribution of commonreproductive system diseases in Hainan Province. Methods Analysis on the results of free screening for commongynecological diseases among 271 596 women aged 20-64 years in Hainan Province in 2017. Results In 2017,64 263 womenwere diagnosed with gynaecological diseases in Hainan Province, the prevalence rate was 23.63%;prevalence rate with the top5 cities and counties were Baoting, Haikou, Yangpu, Wuzhishan and Wenchang(P<0.001). There were statistical differences inthe detection rate of common diseases among women between different diseases(P<0.001), mainly cervicitis(14 118, 5.19%),hysteromyoma(11 345, 4.17%), bacterial vaginitis(10 453, 3.84%), candidal vaginitis(10 273, 3.78%)and breast nodule(6 503,2.39%), all accounted for 81.99% of the total number of patients. Conclusion Access to women's reproductive health statusthrough termly free screening for common gynecological diseases among women. The common gynecological diseases of womenaged 20-64 years in Hainan Province are mainly cervicitis, hysteromyoma, bacterial vaginitis and candidal vaginitis.
