企业军民融合标准化创新模式探索

Exploration of the Innovative Modes of Enterprise Civil-Military Integration Standardization

军民融合是国家新时期的重要战略之一^([1]),也是军工企业释放富裕技术和能力的重要措施,同时也是民品企业参与军事装备研制,降低装备成本的重要举措。军民标准不通,体系不同是制约军民深度融合深度瓶颈之一^([2])。本文结合企业推动军民融合中开展的标准化工作,从企业推进军民融合提出了顶层策划底层融合等标准化融合创新模式。

Civil-military integration is one of the important strategies in the new period of our country and an important measure for military enterprises to release rich technology and capability.It is also an important measure for civilian enterprises to participate in military equipment development and reduce equipment costs.The military and civilian standards are different,and the different systems are one of the bottlenecks that restrict the depth of military and civilian integration.Based on the standardization work carried out by enterprises in promoting civil-military integration,this paper puts forward some innovative modes of standardization integration,such as top-level planning and bottom-level integration.
