摘要
目的通过测定高原金露梅花茶提取物(FWE)、金露梅绿茶提取物(GWE)、金露梅红茶提取物(RWE)对α-葡萄糖苷酶(AG)的抑制活性作用及小鼠餐后血糖的影响,研究青藏高原金露梅茶的降糖作用。方法通过α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂(AGI)体外筛选模型测定三种茶对AG活性的抑制作用,用糖耐量实验方法体内测定金露梅三种茶提取物对小鼠餐后血糖的影响。结果经测定,FWE、GWE、RWE对AG的IC50分别是0.055、0.089、0.164 mg/ml,灌胃FWE、GWE、RWE后,淀粉负荷后小鼠在30、60、90、120min时血糖值呈现下降趋势。结论金露梅三种茶的提取物AG有较高的抑制活性。同时,三种茶的提取物均能显著降低小鼠的餐后血糖。
Objective The hypoglycemic effects on post-prandial blood glucose in mice and alpha glycosidase(AG) activity were studied for high altitude Potentilla fruticosa flower tea extract(FWE), Potentilla fruticosa green tea water extract(GWE), Potentilla fruticosa red tea extract(RWE). Methods The effects of the three extracts of Potentilla fruticosa tea on postprandial blood glucose in mice were determined in vivo by glucose tolerance test, and the inhibitory effect of the three tea extracts on AG activity was determined by in vitro screening model of alpha glucosidase inhibitor(AGI). Results After FWE, GWE and RWE were administered, the blood glucose under loading showed a downward trend at 30, 60, 90 and 120 min in mice.The IC50 of FWE, GWE and RWE were 0.089, 0.055 and 0.164 mg/ml, respectively. Conclusion It is shown that the water extract of the three kinds of tea has high inhibitory activity against AG. At the same time, the water extract of the three teas can significantly reduce postprandial blood glucose in mice.
