某磁化焙烧炉除尘灰回收利用选矿试验研究

摘要 本文研究的某磁化焙烧炉产生的除尘灰,粒度十分细小,5微米以下含量为51.33%,20微米以下含量接近100%。该灰中铁品位高达31.83%,与该焙烧炉给矿的铁品位接近,直接抛弃会造成资源浪费,经过弱磁选-中磁选-强磁选工艺进行选矿试验研究,查明除尘灰中有用的元素及含量,论证该除尘灰的使用途径,为该焙烧炉正常运行和取得较好的焙烧产品提供数据支持。 The dust removal ash produced by magnetized roaster is very fine in size.The content of dust below 5 micron is 51.33% and that below 20 micron is close to 100%.The iron grade in the ash is as high as 31.83%,which is close to the iron grade of the roaster and the direct abandonment will cause waste of resources.Through the beneficiation test of weak magnetic separation-medium magnetic separation-high magnetic separation process,the useful elements and content in the dust are found out,and the use way of the dust is proved,which can provide data support for the normal operation of roaster and the better roasting products.
