酒钢H08Mn生产工艺研究

摘要 本文通过H08Mn现场工艺实践,研究不同工艺条件下钢水中溶解氧含量和全铝含量。结果表明:通过将精炼炉钢水Alt含量控制在0.0060%以内,溶解氧含量控制在0.0030%~0.0050%,实现了H08Mn钢15炉连浇,且铸坯无皮下气泡缺陷,线材性能满足用户要求。 In this paper, the dissolved oxygen content and total aluminum content in molten steel under different process conditions were studied by H08 Mn on-site process practice. The results show that by controlling Alt content of refining steel within 0.0060% and the dissolved oxygen content at 0.0030%~0.0050%, 15 heats continuous casting of H08 Mn steel is realized and the casting billet has no subcutaneous bubble defects, and the wire performance meets the user requirements.
