酒钢7号高炉铁口冷却壁烧损治理实践

摘要 铁口区域是高炉炉体薄弱环节,该区域冷却壁水管烧损,影响正常生产秩序及安全生产。酒钢7号高炉通过采取整体浇筑措施,铁口区域冷却壁水温差和热电偶温度保持了稳定,有效保证了高炉安全生产,延长了炉缸寿命。 The tapping hole area is the weak link of the blast furnace body. If the water pipes of cooling wall in this area are burned, it affects the normal production order and safe production. By adopting the overall pouring measures in No. 7 blast furnace of JISCO, the water temperature difference between cooling wall and the thermocouple temperature in tapping hole area remained stable, which effectively ensures the safe production of the blast furnace and prolongs the life of the hearth.
