共青团“智慧团建”的实践、问题与对策研究——基于广州地区青年认可度的调查

The Practice,Problems and Countermeasures of the Communist Youth League's "Smart League Construction" ——Based on the Survey of Youth Recognition in Guangzhou

"智慧团建"作为新时期共青团青年工作的一项创新举措,在组织、引导和服务青年方面发挥着重要作用。青年的认可度在一定程度上可以反映出"智慧团建"的实施状况。调查结果表明,青年对"智慧团建"的总体认可度较高,但对它的平台建设和管理建设认可度较低。共青团需要重视平台的建设和管理。在调查中还发现,青年对"智慧团建"的认知程度、使用程度和作用评价,都是影响其认可度的重要因素。

As an innovative measure in the youth work of the Communist Youth League in the new era,the construction of the Smart League plays an important role in organizing,guiding and serving the youth. To a certain extent,the recognition degree of young people can reflect the implementation status of " Smart League Construction". The survey result shows that young people have a high overall recognition of " Smart League Construction",but relatively low recognition of its platform construction and management construction. Thus,the Communist Youth League needs to pay more attention to the improvement of platform and management construction.In addition,the degree of youth recognition and application of " Smart League Construction",as well as their evaluation of the construction are all important factors to affect their recognition.
