基于聚类分析的智慧图书馆用户服务策略研究

Study on Service Strategies of Smarter Library Based on Cluster Analysis

本文为提升图书馆用户的智慧服务水平,结合我国智慧图书馆的发展现状,在收集智慧图书馆用户数据的基础上,构建基于聚类算法的智慧图书馆用户分析模型,利用SPSS软件对智慧图书馆的用户数据进行了K-means聚类分析,将智慧图书馆的用户分为三类并归纳总结了各类型用户的行为特征,针对不同的用户提出了差异化的服务策略。

For improving smarter library's service, combined with the development status quo of China's smarter library, this paper builds the smarter library users analysis model based on the collection of smarter library users' data. The SPSS is used to analyze smarter library users' data of K-means clustering. Users of smarter library are classified into three kinds. The behavior characteristics of each kind of smarter library's users are summarized and will be treated by different service strategies.
