摘要
采用氧化还原法、以杨树叶为原料制备石墨烯,用硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对石墨烯进行改性以制备改性石墨烯。通过机械共混法制备了改性石墨烯/硅橡胶复合材料,研究了改性石墨烯对硅橡胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,与未改性石墨烯相比,改性石墨烯可以在硅橡胶中更好地分散。当加入0. 1份(质量)改性石墨烯时,改性石墨烯/硅橡胶复合材料的力学性能最好,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率比石墨烯/硅橡胶复合材料分别提高了36. 2%和19. 4%,耐磨性能提高了57. 1%。
The graphene was prepared from poplar leaves by oxidation-reduction method,the obtained grapheme was modified by using silane coupling agent γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane( KH 550),then the modified graphene/silicone rubber composites were prepared by mechanical blending, and the effect of modified graphene on mechanical properties of silicon rubber were investigated. The results showed that modified graphene could well be dispersed in the silicone rubber compared with the unmodified graphene. When modified graphene was0. 1 phr( mass),the mechanical properties of modified graphene/silicone rubber composite were the best,and the tensile strength and elongation at break were increased by 36. 2% and 19. 4%,respectively,the wear resistance was increased by57. 1%,compared to those of unmodified graphene/silicone rubber composites.
