土源对催化裂化催化剂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、N2吸附-脱附仪等仪器对高岭土、埃洛土及累托土进行了表征,并考察了3种土源对所制备催化裂化(FCC)催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:3种土源的主要化学组分均为Si O2和Al2O3;埃洛土的孔体积和比表面积最大,高岭土次之,累托土最小;累托土的平均粒径最大,高岭土最小; 3种土源作为FCC催化剂的载体,均可有效保护Y型分子筛的活性中心不被破坏,并且制得的催化剂均具有较高的裂化活性,高岭土、埃洛土制得的催化剂具有较好的产品选择性,累托土制得的催化剂产品选择性和焦炭选择性均较差。 The kaolin,halloysite and rectorite were characterized by X-ray diffraction,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,and N2adsorption-desorption,etc,and the properties of fluid catalytic cracking catalysts( FCC) prepared by the three kinds of soil sources were investigated. The results showed that the main chemical components of the three soil samples were SiO2 and Al2O3. The pore volume and specific surface area of the halloysite were the largest,the next was kaolin,and the last was rectorite. The average particle size of rectorite was the largest,and the kaolin was the smallest.With the three soil sources as the carriers of FCC catalyst,the active center of Y zeolite could be protected from destroying,the prepared the catalysts had higher cracking activity,the catalyst from kaolin and halloysite had better selectivity,and the catalyst from rectorite had poorer selectivity and coke selectivity.
