摘要 在中化泉州石化有限公司340万t/a催化裂化装置上,考察了酸性水、1#轻污油和2#轻污油3种终止剂对产品分布和汽油性质变化的影响。结果表明:3种终止剂均能抑制二次裂化反应的发生,降低产品中焦炭和干气收率,增加汽油和柴油收率。2#轻污油对降低产品中焦炭和干气收率最有效,抑制二次反应效果最佳,可明显增加汽油收率。3种终止剂对降低汽油中烯烃含量的作用,2#轻污油最佳,1#轻污油次之,酸性水没有降烯烃的作用。 The effects of three terminators,including acid water,light sump oil 1# and light sump oil 2^#,on the product distribution and variation of gasoline properties of the unit were investigated on the 3.4Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking unit of Quanzhou Petrochemical Co Ltd,SINOCHEM.The results showed that the three terminators could restrain the secondary cracking reaction of fluid catalytic cracking unit,reduce the coke and dry gas yield,and increase the gasoline and diesel yields.The light sump oil 2^# was the most effective on reducing the coke and dry gas yields,and had the best inhibitory effect on the secondary reaction,which could significantly increase the gasoline yield.The light sump oil 2^# had the best effect on reducing olefin content in gasoline,followed by light sump oil 1^#,and the acid water had no effect on reducing olefin.
