催化裂化汽油加氢装置中反应器床层降温方法的对比 被引量:1

摘要 为了控制反应温度,防止反应器飞温,对2套采用GARDES工艺的催化裂化(FCC)汽油加氢装置中床层降温方式进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用加氢产品(冷油)和循环氢(冷氢) 2种方式均可降低床层温度8~10℃;使用冷油降温时,加氢产品的烯烃体积分数下降量偏低,辛烷值损失较小;使用冷氢降温时,降烯烃效果较佳,但辛烷值损失较大。 In order to control the reaction temperature and prevent temperature runaway,the cooling ways of reactor bed of two sets of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC)gasoline hydrogenation units with GARDES process were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the hydrogenation products (cold oil)and circulating hydrogen (cold hydrogen)both reduced the bed temperature of 8-10℃.When cooling by cold oil,the decrease of olefin volume fraction of hydrogenated products was lower,and the loss of research octane number was smaller;while using cold hydrogen,the effect of olefin reduction was better,but the loss of octane number was greater.
