阶段性健康教育在胃大部切除术患者护理中的应用体会

摘要 目的 探讨阶段性健康教育在胃大部切除术患者护理中的应用效果.方法 收集2014—2018年在盘锦市中医医院行胃大部切除术患者83例,随机为观察组42例和对照组41例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用阶段性健康教育,比较两组术后恢复情况及生活质量.结果 观察组术后肠蠕动恢复时间、开始下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各个维度评分和总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对行胃大部切除术患者实施阶段性健康教育的效果优于常规健康教育,值得护理工作者借鉴. Objective To explore the effect of staged health education in patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy. Methods A total of 83 patients who received subtotal gastrectomy in Panjin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2014to 2018were randomly divided into observation group (42 cases)and control group (41 cases).The control group was given routine health education and nursing,and the observation group was given staged health education.The recovery and quality of life between two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of intestinal peristalsis,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Each dimension score and total score in quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of staged health education is better than traditional health education in patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy,which is worthy of reference for nursing workers.
