随着我国经济进入新发展阶段,经济发展已由过去的投资拉动型增长转向了更高质量的消费驱动型增长,消费不仅关系到居民的日常生活,更关乎国家宏观经济的持续发展,因此,对消费领域的精准统计和监测显得十分重要。本文详细介绍了日本消费活动指数的编制方法和优势,并与我国消费监测方法进行比较,建议借鉴日本消费活动指数的编制方法,补充完善我国现有的消费活动监测指标--社会消费品零售总额。

Using scientific monitoring indicators to reflect the flow of Chinese residents’ consumption in a timely and accurate manner is very important for the judgment of macroeconomic trends. This paper introduces in detail the preparation methods and advantages of the Japanese Consumer Activity Index, and compares it with China’s consumption monitoring methods. It is recommended to learn from the compilation method of the Japanese Consumer Activity Index to supplement and improve China’s existing consumption activity monitoring index-Total Retail Sales of Consumer Goods.
