普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛症状、睡眠质量的影响及安全性分析

Effect of pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen on pain and sleep quality in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia and its safety analysis

目的研究普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者疼痛症状、睡眠质量的影响及安全性。方法葫芦岛市中心医院皮肤科就诊的84例PHN患者,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例。对照组给予普瑞巴林治疗,观察组采用普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮治疗。2组均连续治疗4周,比较治疗前及治疗1、2、4周疼痛VAs评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PsQI)评分,评价治疗4周后的临床疗效,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗1、2、4周VAS评分均逐渐降低,显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后各时间点观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗1、2、4周PSQI评分均逐渐降低,显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后各时间点观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(92.86%vs.80.95%,P<0.05)。2组治疗期间恶心呕吐、头晕、嗜睡等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普瑞巴林联合氨酚羟考酮能显著改善PHN患者疼痛症状,提高睡眠质量和临床疗效,治疗安全有效。

Objective To study the effect of pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen on pain and sleep quality in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN)and its safety.Methods A total of 84 outpatients with PHN who were treated in the Department of Dermatology,Huludao Central Hospital were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of visits (n =42 each).The control group was treated with pregabalin,while the observation group was treated with pregabalin combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The visual analog scale (VAS) scores and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)scores were compared before treatment and 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment between the two groups.The total clinical effective rate in both groups was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.The occurrence of adverse effects during treatment was recorded.Results The VAS scores in both groups were gradually decreased at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment,which were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05),and the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point after treatment (P <0.05). The PSQI scores in both groups were gradually decreased at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment,which were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05),and the PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at each time point after treatment (P <0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (92.86% vs.80.95%,P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects such as nausea,vomiting,dizziness and lethargy between the two groups during the treatment (P >0.05).Conclusions Pregabalin combined with oxycodone and aeetaminophen can significantly improve pain symptoms,sleep quality and clinical efficacy in patients with PHN,and the treatment is safe and effective.
