对称性屈曲抱姿在降低脑性瘫痪高危新生儿脑性瘫痪发生率中的临床应用

Application of symmetrical flexion posture in reducing the incidence of cerebral palsy in infants at high risk of cerebral palsy

目的研究对称性屈曲抱姿在降低脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)高危新生儿脑瘫发生率中的临床应用。方法100例脑瘫高危新生儿按照随机对照法分为对照组(n=50)和实验组(n=50)。对照组采用常规的早期干预手段进行护理;实验组则在常规干预的基础上采用对称性屈曲抱进行干预。比较2组不同月龄Vojta姿势异常检出率、Gesell发育量表评分及脑瘫发生率。结果对照组不同月龄Vojta姿势异常检出率高于实验组(P<0.05);对照组不同月龄Gesell发育量表评分低于实验组(P<0.05);实验组脑瘫发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期对称性屈曲抱干预对脑瘫高危新生儿有积极的预防和辅助治疗作用,早期干预手段可以促进患儿神经和运动能力的发育。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of symmetrical flexion posture on reducing the incidence of cerebral palsy in infants at high risk of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 100 cases of infants at high risk of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a control group (n =50)and an experimental group (n =50).The control group only received routine early nursing intervention.On the basis of routine intervention,the experimental group received symmetrical flexion embrace.The abnormal rate of Vojta posture,the Gesell Infant Development Scale (GESELL)scores at different months of age,and the incidence of cerebral palsy were compared between the two groups.Results The abnormal rates of Vojta posture at different months of age were significantly higher in the control group than in the observation group (P <0.05).The GESELL scores of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group at different months of age (P <0.05).The incidence of cerebral palsy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions The early interference of symmetry flexion embrace has positive preventive and adjuvant therapeutic effect on infants at high risk of cerebral palsy.Early intervention can promote the neurodevelopment and motor performance in infants at high risk of cerebral palsy.
