优化急救护理流程对百草枯中毒患者预后的影响

Effect of optimized emergency nursing procedure on the prognosis in patients with paraquat poisoning

目的 探讨优化急救护理流程对百草枯中毒患者急救效率及预后的影响.方法 将2015年1月至2016年2月青海大学附属医院接诊的百草枯中毒患者50例设为对照组,行常规急救护理流程救治,将2016年3月至2017年4月青海大学附属医院接诊的百草枯中毒患者50例设为观察组,应用优化急救护理流程救治.比较2组首次使用糖皮质激素时间、首次血液净化时间、首次洗胃时间、百草枯中毒严重指数及入院24h血清乳酸水平.结果 观察组和对照组首次血液净化时间分别为(4.28±0.26)、(4.93±0.32)h,首次使用糖皮质激素时间分别为(3.66±0.20)、(4.32±0.31)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组首次洗胃时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者百草枯中毒严重指数及入院24h血清乳酸水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对百草枯中毒患者应用优化急救护理流程能有效缩短其首次接受血液净化时间和使用糖皮质激素时间,有效减轻患者中毒程度,改善患者预后.

Objective To investigate the effect of optimized emergency nursing procedure on emergency efficiency and prognosis in patients with paraquat poisoning.Methods A total of 50 cases of paraquat poisoning with routine emergency nursing procedure from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as control group,while 50 cases of paraquat poisoning with optimized emergency nursing procedure from March 2016 to April 2017were selected as observation group. The first using glueocorticoid time,the first blood purification time,the first gastric lavage time,the severity index of paraquat poisoning and the level of serum lactate at 24h after admission were compared between the two groups.Results The first blood purification time in the observation group and the control group were (4.28±0.26)h and (4.93±0.32)h,respectively,and the first using glucocorticoid time was (3.66±0.20)h and (4.32±0.31)h,respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the first gastric lavage time between the two groups (P >0.05).The severity index of paraquat poisoning and the level of serum lactic acid at 24h after admission were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions Optimized emergency nursing procedure for patients with paraquat poisoning can effectively shorten the first blood purification time and first using glucoeorticoid time,reduce the severity of poisoning and improve prognosis.
