在新时代,教育面临实现高质量发展,加快推进教育现代化,建设教育强国的重任。随着国家的发展和进步,教育基本矛盾已经转化为人民群众对教育的多样化、个性化需求与教育的单一、粗放供给之间的矛盾。破解教育基本矛盾,必须加快建成适合每个人的教育,努力使不同性格禀赋、不同兴趣特长、不同素质潜力的学生都能接受符合自己成长需要的教育。与此同时,教育主要矛盾已经转化为教学育人与全程育人之间的矛盾。破解教育主要矛盾,必须大力弘扬教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的思想方法,扎根中国大地办教育,增强学生的综合素质,强化社会共同责任。

In the new era of education modernization,China's education takes the pressure of both fairness and quality,and is challenged by the dual tasks of cultivating hundreds of millions of qualified workforce and more innovative talents.Since the founding of the PRC,the country has been making progress,and the basic contradiction in education has changed into the contradiction between people's diversified and individualized needs for education and the unitary and extensive educational services.To resolve the basic contradiction in education,the educational system needs to quicken the step of developing education suitable for each individual,and tries to accommodate the students with different personalities,gifts,interests,specialties,and potentials by offering them education catering to their needs.Meanwhile,the principal contradiction in education has transformed into the contradiction between cultivation of talents by teaching and the whole-process cultivation of talents.To resolve the principal contradiction in education,the educational system needs to integrate education with social production and practice,and guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,conduct education based on China's national conditions,strengthen the comprehensive quality of students,and reinforce the shared responsibilities of the social forces.
