摘要 为了解决需求不足的条件下,集装箱码头装卸设施配置优化问题,构建了集装箱码头装卸设施配置的逆优化模型,并给出了基于互补松弛定理的求解方法.研究结果表明,以效率最大为目标,以现有资源为约束的优化模型,在面临市场需求不足时,存在资源浪费.不同资源消减方案的成本不同,逆优化模型可以找到成本最小的资源消减方案. This paper constructs an inverse optimization model to solve the problem of optimal allocation of loading and unloading facilities in container terminals, and gives a solution based on the theorem of complementary slackness. The results show that there will be a waste of resources if the market demand is insufficient when using the traditional optimization model, with the maximum efficiency as the goal and the existing resources as the constraints. The costs of the different resource reduction schemes are different, and the inverse optimization model can find the reduction scheme with the least cost.
