肝镰状韧带附着旁肝组织突出呈三角形——请分析病变性质
摘要
患者,女,54岁。腹胀、食欲不振3个月余。患者无明显原因腹胀、食欲不振,偶有恶心,无呕吐,无腹痛,易疲劳。体检:无皮肤巩膜黄染,无皮肤出血点及瘀斑,无肝掌及“蜘蛛痣”。腹部饱满,全腹轻压痛,肝肋下4.0cm,剑突下6.0cm可及,质韧,轻压痛。
