摘要
"科学的春天"至今已40年,科研评价也经历了改革与发展的40年。在回顾我国科研评价发展的三个阶段基础上,分别阐述了基金委项目评审的同行评议和中科院研究所综合评价这两个具有代表性和时代性特征的科研评价实践,进而总结我国科研评价改革与发展40年来取得的成绩,以及在新时代面临的挑战。
Since’the Springof Science’ in 1978, scientific research evaluation has undergone 40 years of reform and development in China. Withan overview of the three stages of the development of scientific research evaluation in China, this paper expounds the two representative and contemporary scientific research evaluation practices,namely, peer review by NSFC and Comprehensive Evaluation of CAS research institutes, and then summarizes the achievements of the reform and development of scientific research evaluation in the past 40 years, as well as the challenges faced in the new era.
