摘要
社区是国家公共服务资源惠及居民的"最后一公里",社区服务体系建设直接影响着人民群众的生活质量和对小康社会的获得感与满意度。完善的社区服务体系需要建立完整的信息采集、服务供给和评估监督机制。实现多元服务供给主体的良性协作,关键是要明确社区服务的需求表达、服务供给和评估监督中各主体的定位与作用,形成责任边界明晰、相互分工协作的关系模式。
The community is the "last kilometre"of the national public service resources to benefit the residents. The construction of the community service system directly affects the quality of people's life and people's sense of fulfillment and satisfaction with the well-off society. A sound community service system needs to establish a complete mechanism of information collection,service supply and evaluation and supervision. To achieve positive collaboration among multi-service providers,the key is to clarify the positioning and role of the various entities in demand expression,service supply and evaluation supervision of community services,and to form a relationship with clear responsibilities and division of labor.
