摘要
不同地区高校海归青年教师的首聘期工作满意度及其影响因素,是分析海归教师择业与流动的地域倾向以及该地区高校人才竞争力的重要依据。本研究以问卷形式调查了近十年归国的379位海归青年教师的首聘期工作满意度,发现新一线城市海归青年教师首聘期工作满意度的总体水平最低;一线城市的总体满意度年度波动较大,其薪酬待遇满意度较低;二线城市的满意度总体水平尚可,但其文化适应和母国环境适应维度的满意度较低。各地区高校改进海归人才引进工作应聚焦本地区的主要制约因素,采取针对性举措。
Job satisfaction of young returnee faculty is an important indicator for ensuring the stability of high-level talents,especially during their early career.Through the comparative analysis on 379 young returnee faculty in different cities in these ten years,it found that job satisfaction of young returnees in early career was the lowest in the new first-tier cities;job satisfaction in first-tier cities fluctuated strongly in recent years,and the satisfaction of compensation and welfare was quite low;job satisfaction in second-tier cities was fair,with poor culture adjustment.Therefore,universities should improve the introduction of returnee talents,and focus on the restraining factors.
