Developing a modernized economy is the inevitable result of the development of the socialist economy, the necessary path to improve socialist market economy, and the objective requirement of adapting to the evolution of the principal contradiction facing Chinese society. Meanwhile, it is also a realistic need to en.hance China’s economic say in the international arena. Developing a modernized economy not only requires fur.ther improvement of productivity, but also requires collaborative efforts to promote the evolution of production mode and the transformation of production relations.
