酸浆茎叶黄酮精制工艺及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以AB-8吸附树脂优化酸浆茎叶黄酮精制工艺,并评价其体外和体内抗氧化活性。试验结果表明,以70%的乙醇水溶液为洗脱剂,洗脱流速2mL/min,酸浆茎叶黄酮纯度可达39.16%。精制酸浆茎叶黄酮对NO-2·和ABTS+·的清除率分别为81.36%和91.49%,对亚油酸脂质过氧化抑制率为85.26%;精制酸浆茎叶黄酮不仅增加了小鼠的胸腺系数和脾脏系数(P<0.05),而且明显提高了血清T-AOC、GSH-Px和SOD活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.01),说明精制酸浆茎叶黄酮具有较强的体外和体内抗氧化活性。 The flavonoids from stems and leaves of Physalis alkekengi(PSF)were refined by macroporous adsorption resin,and their antioxidant activities were evaluated in vitro and in vivo.The PSF were obtained using with AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin washed by70% ethanol,and the purity was 39.16%.After refining,the scavenging activities of PSF on NO^-2·and ABTS+· were 81.36% and91.49%.The anti-oxidative capability in linoleic acid lipid overoxidation system was 85.26%.The refined PSF not only significantly increased thymus index and spleen index(P<0.05),but also increased the activity of T-AOC,GSH-Px and SOD in serum(P<0.05)and decreased the content of MDA in serum(P<0.01).The refined PSF showed strong antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo.
