摘要
超声成像技术在针灸临床上广泛应用于对疾病的诊断、疗效评价等方面,但由于低分辨率等限制,临床用超声仪无法应用于针灸基础研究。超高分辨率小动物超声成像系统具有分辨率高、无创、可实时、动态观察,亦可进行整体及局部观察等优势弥补了这个缺陷。然而目前该技术在针灸研究中的运用极少,而将小动物超声成像技术运用于针灸基础研究,尤其运用于针灸治疗心脏、血管、肿瘤等疾病的研究以及可视化针刺等方面,将有助于完善针灸治疗不同疾病效应及其作用机制的研究,亦可为不同深度针刺方法的临床应用提供科学依据,这将促进针灸效应机制研究的发展,为针灸基础研究开拓新的方向。
Ultrasound imaging technique is widely used for disease diagnosis and efficacy evaluation in acupuncture and moxibustion department.But due to the low resolution,clinical ultrasonic instruments cannot meet the requirements for small animal ultrasound imaging,and this limits the application of ultrasound imaging technique in the experimental study of acupuncture and moxibustion.Ultra high-frequency ultrasound imaging system for small animals has following advantages:high resolution,non-invasive observation,real-time and dynamic observation,as well as overall and local observation,which make up for the limitation.However,there are still few applications in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion of this technique.Ultrasound imaging technique for small animals can be applied in the acupuncture and moxibustion study field,especially can be applied in the effect and mechanism studies on heart diseases,vascular diseases, tumors,and for visualization of acupuncture needling in the tissues.On one hand,it can help to improve the effect and mechanism study on acupuncture for treatment of different diseases,on the other hand,it can help to provide a scientific basis for clinical application of different needling depth.This will promote the development of the mechanism study of the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion,and explore a new direction for the research of acupuncture and moxibustion.
