基于任务态功能磁共振设计的针刺效应文献研究

Research of Acupuncture Effect Based on Task Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Fmri)

目的:分析近年来国内外基于任务态功能磁共振成像(fMRI)的针刺效应研究现状。方法:整理近5年公开发表的基于任务态fMRI设计的针刺效应研究文献,并运用文献计量学研究方法进行分析。结果:总共纳入文献65篇;当前研究以经穴效应特异性和针刺效应影响因素为主,扫描设计方法以组块设计和非重复事件相关设计应用最广,受试者以健康人居多,针刺操作以手针平补平泄为主。结论:当前针刺任务态fMRI研究仍存在较多问题,后续研究应加大对针刺治疗功能性疾病作用机理以及穴位配伍、针刺手法等针刺效应影响因素的研究,并在多类型任务状态下探讨针刺效应的作用机制,注重质量控制,进一步加强试验设计、针刺操作、效应评价的规范性。

Objective:This study analyzed the status of researches of acupuncture effect based on task functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)in recent years,and hoped to provide some references for the following acupuncturetask fMRI studies.Methods :Collecting articles about acupuncture effect based on task fMRI which published in the last 5 years,then using bibliometrics research methods to analyze the basic information,research topics and research design of these articles.Results:A total of 65articles were included in this current study.These articles mainly focused on the aeupoint specificity and influence factors of acupuncture effect.Block design and non-repetitive event-related design were the most widely used Scanning design.Health people was the main body of participants,and patients with neurological diseases was the main body of patients.The most frequently used acupuncture operation method was original acupuncture at Hegu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan and so on.Conclusion:There were some problems in current acupuncture-task fMRI studies,so we would like to make some suggestions for future studies:in the study process,researchers should attach more importance on exploring the mechanism of the acupuncture effect treating for functional diseases and factors such as acupoints combination and needle manipulation influencing this effect;In the study design,researchers should introduce more cognitive psychological design and investigate the mechanism of acupuncture effect under multi-task state,so that the credibility of acupuncture effect mechanism research could be enhanced;In the quality control,the standardization of the study design,the acupuncture manipulation and the effect evaluation should be paid attention so as to ensure the quality of the task fMRI study and repeatability of the results.
