李斌凉血潜镇法治疗湿疹用药规律研究

Study on Regularity of Medication for Eczema Treated by Professor LI Bin

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5)软件分析李斌教授采用凉血潜镇法治疗湿疹的组方用药规律。方法:收集2016年12月9日至2017年6月19日李斌教授治疗湿疹的临床病例初诊医案100例,运用"中医传承辅助平台"(V2.5)分析其治疗湿疹中症状与药物之间的关联规则、处方规律、核心药物组合等。结果:常见临床症状为瘙痒较剧、四肢躯干散在红斑丘疹、夜寐欠安、心烦不适、舌红苔腻等,100份处方中涉及中药102味,包括外科六号方(自拟)及苦参、桂枝、生地、乌梢蛇等,产生15组湿疹支持度≧60的中药药对和9张新处方。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台揭示了李斌教授治疗湿疹的用药规律,有助于提高中医治疗湿疹的疗效,为总结名中医经验提供客观依据。

Objective:Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform system (V2.5) software,analyze the prescription of Professor LI Bin's using cool blood method to cure the eczema.Methods:100cases of clinical eases of newly diagnosed cases were collected from professor LI Bin in the treatment of eczema within December 9, 2016 to June 19th 2017,the use of "TCM inheritance auxiliary system (V2.5)analysis of Professor Li Bin in treating eczema symptoms and drug use frequency,the relationship between rules.The core prescription drug combination.Results: The common clinical symptoms of itching is more severe,red tongue,limbs scattered in erythema papula,peorsleeping , upset discomfort,greasy fur etc.100 prescriptions involved in 102 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,including surgery No.6prescription (secf prepared)cassia twig,radix rehmanniae,Zaocys,Caulis Lonicerae,Gentiana,cicada etc. Conclusion :The TCM inheritance auxiliary platform reveals the law of prescription drugs for treating eczema by Professor LI Bin to a certain extent,which helps to improve the curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of eczema,providing an objective basis for summarizing the experience of traditional Chinese medicine.
