Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. Methods From August 2016 to November 2017,54 patients with cervical cancer treated in Affiliated Cancer Hospital & Institute of Guangzhou Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 27 cases in each group. Routine nursing was performed in the control group, and evidence-based nursing intervention was added to the observation group. The scores of SAS,SDS,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the quality of life scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group. After treatment, the SAS and SDS score of the control group were(43.5±3.5)and(43.6±3.4),which were significantly higher than those of the observation group with(33.7 ±2.4)and(34.5 ±2.6). The satisfaction degree of the control group with 77.78% was lower than that of the observation group with 96.30%. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the clinical bad mood and improve the quality of life of the patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy. The patients’ satisfaction with this nursing method is high and can be further promoted.
