Percheron动脉梗死2例报告 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过报道2例由Percheron动脉病变导致的脑梗死,结合文献,分析临床及影像学特征,提高临床医生对本病的认识。方法报道2例Percheron动脉梗死病例的临床表现及影像特征,并复习相关文献。结果 1例患者以意识不清起病,1例伴眼动障碍。磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)提示由丘脑旁正中动脉供血的位于中线旁的双侧丘脑区脑梗死,伴有或不伴中脑梗死。磁共振血管造影(MRA)或CT血管造影(CTA)或数字减影血管造影(DSA)均发现动脉粥样硬化或相关血管狭窄表现。结论意识障碍、眼动障碍及认知改变等典型临床表现,以及影像学检查发现中线旁的双侧丘脑出现对称性梗死对于早期诊断Percheron动脉梗死具有重要价值。
