摘要
在化学教师网络研修过程中开展准实验研究,从学习干预的角度对化学教师的网络学习过程进行主动影响和介入,以实现教师个人知识的建构与提升。在构建学习活动分析模型基础上,选择3次典型研修活动进行统计分析,发现在化学教师网络研修过程中应进行设计干预,鼓励并提高行动者的声望和中心性,以提升学习共同体中研修成员的参与度,促进不同层面成员学习能力的发展。
This paper carried out the quasi experimental study in the process of study and training of chemistry teachers by network,actively influenced and intervened the network learning process of chemistry teachers,so as to realize the construction and promotion of teachers’ personal knowledge.On the basis of constructing the analysis model of learning activity,this paper analyzed 3 activities of study and training,found that it was necessary to design and intervene in the process of the network activities of chemistry teachers’ study and training,encourage and enhance the prestige and centrality of actors,in order to enhance the participation of the members of the community of learners,and promote the development of learning ability of different levels of the members.
