摘要
采用环保型增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)对二醋酸纤维素(CDA)进行共混改性,研究了TBC的加入对CDA膜结构的影响以及TBC质量分数对CDA膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着TBC添加量的增加,CDA膜的拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率先增大后减小,TBC质量分数为10%时,断裂伸长率增长了22%,膜透光性保持良好,当TBC质量为30%时,透光率仍保持在80%以上;CDA增塑膜结构均匀,TBC的加入降低了CDA的熔融温度,减弱了其大分子链之间的氢键,有效提高了CDA大分子链段的活动性。
Environment-friendly plasticizer tributyl citrate (TBC)is apphed to modify diacetate cellulose (CDA).Effect of TBC on the structure and properties of CDA films is investigated.It is shown that the tensile strength of CDA films decreases with the addition of TBC,while the elongation at break increases at first and then decreases.The CDA/TBC composite film is smooth and even.The addition of TBC decreases the melting temperature of CDA and thus improves the processing performance of CDA.
