摘要
以同位素标记苯-D6为起始原料,经卤代反应得到标题化合物。以消耗的苯-D6计算,稳定同位素标记氯苯-D5、溴苯-D5、碘苯-D5的收率分别为80. 3%、82. 1%、84. 3%,产品结构经气相色谱(GC)、气质联用(GC-MS)及核磁(13CNMR)等仪器表征确定,色谱纯度高于99. 0%,同位素丰度>99. 0%atom D,可作为稳定同位素标记化合物合成的基础试剂使用。
An efficient synthesis of the title compounds with benzene-D6 as the precursor by halogenation was presented.The yields of chlorobenzene-D5,bromobenzene-D5,iodobenzene-D5 were 80. 3%,82. 1%,84. 3%,based on benzene-D6 consumed.The products were confirmed by GC,GC-MS,and13 CNMR. The chemical purities and isotopic enrichment are higher than 99. 0%. The above compounds could be used as basic reagent for stable isotope labeling compounds synthesis.
