摘要
建立并优化测定美司钠注射液含量及其双硫化合物的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。从色谱柱、流动相、检测波长三个方面筛选分离效果最佳的实验条件,根据筛选出的最佳实验条件进一步开展美司钠注射液配伍稳定性的实验。
To establish and optimize high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)for the determination of mesnaline injection and its disulfide compounds.The experimental conditions with the best separation effect were selected from three aspects: chromatographic column,mobile phase and detection wavelength.According to the selected optimal experimental conditions,further experiments were conducted to investigate the stability of the compatibility of Nasring sodium injection.
