基于模态频率变化量检测的风力机叶片寿命损耗预测方法研究

Research on Prediction Method for Life Loss of Wind Turbine Blade based on Modal Frequency Variation Testing

摘要 在分析复合材料损伤演化及刚度退化模型的基础上,根据风力机叶片模态频率变化与材料刚度之间的定量关系,建立起基于叶片模态频率变化量的叶片寿命损耗诊断方法。同时,以国产某2 MW风力机叶片为例,验算该型叶片运行过程的寿命损耗量,验证本文所提出的叶片寿命损耗预测方法的可行性、有效性。 On the basis of analyzing damage evolution and stiffness degradation model of composite materials,a prediction method of the blade life loss based on blade modal frequency data testing is established according to the quantitative relationship between the modal frequency variation and material stiffness of the material wind turbine blade. At the same time,taking a 2MW wind turbine blade as an example,the life loss of the running blade was verified,and the feasibility and validity of the prediction method of the blade life loss were analyzed.
