摘要
发电机组电动主汽门前、后疏水系统的电动截止疏水总门阀体温度多年一直偏高,疑为阀门发生内漏,经更换阀门,阀体温度依旧偏高,对阀体进行解体发现阀门没有发生内漏,对疏水管路进行了试验,分析试验结果发现,阀体温度过高是由不合理的管阀布局引起的。并针对管阀布局提出了改进措施,为解决电厂阀门温度过高问题提供了参考。
The temperature of the electric shut-off drain valve body of the front and rear drain system of the electric main valve of the generator set has been high for many years.It is suspected to be caused by a leak inside the valve.After the valve is replaced,the valve body temperature is still high.Disintegration of the valve body revealed no internal leakage of the valve.Then tested the hydrophobic pipeline,analytical test results show that excessive valve body temperature is caused by unreasonable pipe valve layout.And put forward the improvement measures for the layout of the valve,which provides reference for solving the high temperature of the power plant valve.
